The wasatch back

For those few of you that don't know what the Wasatch Back is, let me quickly explain. It's a 30 hour, 12 person relay from Logan to Park city, following the back side of the Wastach mountain range. I learned a few things while running it. Some about the people I went with, and a little about me too!

Things I learned while running the Wastach back.

1, I HATE(!!) clappers! You know, those little noise maker things that look like hands! Hey heres an idea, use your actual hands! Yeah, surprisingly enough those work too.

2, High school auditoriums have hard floors. That's where slept for a couple of hours while the other part of the team was running.

3, Sometimes I'm the little spoon. Not by choice, sometimes it just works out that way.

4, Dance stretching is for winners! And it really works too.

5, And, congratulating those who have successfully gone #2 is frowned upon by other Startbucks customers. Wierd, I know.

Here are a few pictures from the good times had by all. (the last one was taken by a professional photographer)
